The Coquitlam Crunch Challenge, on June 11th, is a community athletic event centred around the Coquitlam Crunch hiking trail, located by Lansdowne Dr and Guilford Way. 100% of registration proceeds will go to the Coquitlam Foundation's Community Diversity Fund.
Events to choose from:
- The Stair Master (8:00 am) - Run up the 437 west stairs at the Coquitlam Crunch just above Lansdowne as quickly as possible.
- Make It Or Break It (9:00 am) - Walk/run up and down the 4.5 km loop of the Coquitlam Crunch as many times possible in a 4-hour period.
- The Recreational Category (10:00 am) - Come out, get some exercise and enjoy the day. Try to complete the Coquitlam Crunch at least once or even twice in four hours. For families and others who would like to support the event and/or pursue their own personal best. This event is perfect for community groups or for the whole family and offers a great workout in a fun, light-hearted atmosphere. We are pet-friendly! Dogs on leashes are welcome.
